Appointment Reservations
A valid credit/debit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Payment of 50% of service is due at the time of booking.
Mobile appointments are available only within our designated service areas.
Arrival & Setup
Please ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable space is available for your session.
For mobile appointments, our therapist may arrive within a 10-minute window of the scheduled appointment time due to traffic and travel conditions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance may be moved to a new date at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the 50% upfront session fee. A one time courtesy change may be offered.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
If a client is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time, the session length may be shortened to avoid impacting other appointments.
Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may be canceled and treated as a no-show.
Health & Skin Conditions
Clients are responsible for informing us of any skin conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities before their session.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if a condition may affect the safety or comfort of the client or therapist.
Professional Boundaries
Scratch Therapy is a relaxation and sensory wellness service only.
All sessions are strictly non-sexual in nature.
Any inappropriate behavior, comments, requests, or conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.
Children’s Appointments
Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the entire session.
All clients must remain fully clothed during services.
Therapist Safety
For the safety of our therapists, we reserve the right to refuse service, leave a location, or cancel an appointment at any time if a situation feels unsafe or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
Pet and Children Policy
All pets must be secured away from the session area prior to the therapist’s arrival.
Children not receiving services must be supervised by another adult and remain outside the session area during the appointment.
If pets or children create an unsafe or disruptive environment, the therapist may pause or terminate the session without refund.
Refund Policy
Services already rendered are non-refundable.
Gift cards and memberships are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
